Certified In-House Watchmaker
Our team is proudly led by in-store certified watchmaker, clockmaker and repair specialist, Ahmad Endee, who has received recognition from some of the world’s most prestigious watch brands. Endee has earned Omega certification in coaxial movements. He has also received six certifications from Breitling; which whom he spent eight years overseeing after-sales service in Jordan, where he was born and raised. With 35 years of experience, including over a decade at Joyce’s Jewelry, Endee is a trusted, highly certified professional who specializes in vintage watches, pocket watches and delivering incredible results to customers.
Expansive Workshop
Due to increased demand for high-end watch and clock repair, Joyce’s recently expanded our original watch room, opening an additional 200 square foot room to accommodate larger clock projects and enhanced watch services. The state-of-the-art space allows cleaning, polishing and handling of substantial projects in an area separate from our main watch services facility.
Customer Story
A customer’s late husband bought an 18th-century cuckoo clock at an auction. Seeking to restore it in his memory, she turned to Endee. Despite extensive damage and missing parts, Endee managed to revitalize the clock by crafting custom components, including a unique leaf-shaped pendulum, to honor the historical piece and her husband’s legacy.
